IRS Announcement

On January 31, 2020, IRS TE/GE Commissioner Tamera “Tammy” Ripperda announced that the “Form 1023: Application for Recognition of Exemption” paper-based application submission process is transitioning to an electronic filing process.

90-Day Grace Period ends on 4/30/20

The Commissioner allowed a 90-day grace period to transition to the electronic filing process. Therefore, the last day to send paper-based applications is April 30, 2020.

Class #1 of 4: Online Fundamental Nonprofit Classes Series

The “Online: How to START 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations” class is the first of four classes offered in the “Online Fundamental Nonprofit Classes Series.

You can complete the class along with the activities (which I will grade) between April 1 – April 30. The class is only $50 per person!

You are invited to reserve a private one-hour phone consultation to discuss your vision to start a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or to discuss the steps required to reinstate your nonprofit organization after automatic revocation by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The purpose of the one-hour phone consultations is to provide YOU an opportunity to discuss your 501(c)(3) nonprofit vision. Susan takes notes while you share your vision to make sure it complies with IRS guidelines. These calls are very important to Susan and she respects your time by being prepared and ready to talk. Consultation Reservation Fees

The private consultation reservation fees are $10 for 30 minutes and $20 for 60 minutes. If you hire Susan to help you start a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit or reinstate your original 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she will refund your consultation reservation fee.
